We'll produce your one-of-a-kind shirt to your exact measurements and ship it to you in 3 weeks or less.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Start from our homepage or click the Browse tab and find a style that you like. After clicking on the style of your choice, you can customize the look using our personalization engine. To get the perfect fit, all you need to do is input your measurements. Getting your measurements only takes a few minutes. You can have do at a professional tailor, or by yourself using our online “how to” videos. Your custom-designed and made-to-measure shirt will arrive in 3 weeks or less.

HOW MUCH DO THE SHIRTS COST?

The shirt price varies by line, ranging from $70 for the Utility and Military lines to $85 for the Classic and Alternative lines. See the shirt detail page for the design you are interested in to confirm its price.

There is also a flat shipping fee of $10.

WHAT'S INSIDE YOUR SHIRTS?

All of our fabrics are 100% cotton and range in thread-counts from 80 to 155. Our lower thread counts are reserved for the military and utility shirts that need more of a structured look. And we do not offer over 155 thread count because those fabrics wrinkle too easily. We're all about looking good without all the upkeep.

We've also invested a lot in our buttons. We offer a wide range of them, from casual to more formal. And yes, all of our buttons are lead-free and have been treated with a break-resistant resin to reduce chipping and breaking.

And of course, all of our shirts are handmade to your specifications.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We hope you love your Second Button shirts so much that you wouldn't dream of parting with them. But should you have a problem, we're happy to help.

Since each and every Second Button shirt is made-to-order based on your individual measurements and design choices, we cannot refund your purchase. But if there's a problem with the fit or something doesn't match your design selections, we'll happily reproduce your shirt, free-of-charge, to be sure we get it right.

Drop us an email at support@secondbutton.com describing the problem (please include your contact information and the best time to reach you) and we'll work with you to correct the problem.

HOW DO I MEASURE MYSELF?

Getting measured for a Second Button shirt is actually pretty easy. It's tough to measure yourself -- but with a little help from a friend and our handy multimedia instructions, you should have no trouble. And because we offer a perfect-fit guarantee, you don't have to worry too much about making a mistake.

I DON'T WANT TO MEASURE MYSELF. WHERE CAN I GET SOME HELP?

We completely understand that it can be a little scary standing alone in front of a mirror with a measuring tape. Luckily, you've got a few options if you're uncomfortable sizing yourself.

If you live in NYC, email us at vip@secondbutton.com for the date and time of the next measurement event. We're throwing them once a month (or so) at Vig Bar in the LES. Come by for a drink and a measuring session with one of our infamous measurement girls.

You can also make an appointment for in-person measurement and style consultation by emailing us.

We have also been testing Skype appointments for guys who don't live in NYC. Drop us an email if you'd like to give it a try.

HOW DO I ORDER A VIP FABRIC?

We announce the monthly VIP fabric on Facebook and via email (to get on the email list, create an account here).

To order a VIP fabric, first select a style line from the Home or Browse pages. Next, look for the hidden "VIP" fabric at bottom of the Base Fabric area of the Fabric palette -- remember, it's hidden, so look carefully (and with your mouse).

After selecting the "VIP" fabric, the shirt on the screen will turn white, allowing you to design the rest of your shirt. Don't worry that the shirt on the screen is white, your shirt will be made with this month's VIP fabric according to the style you designed.
